Awareness Essentials

This post is dedicated to the advanced study of awareness.

In my teaching Ispeak about human communication, relationships, and the inner mechanisms that shape the way we experience reality. I also write about the devolution and deliberate destruction of ancient spiritual wisdom for quick profit, status, and influence. Much of what is called spirituality today has become a market of comforting ideas, superficial language, and borrowed symbols. It often promises awakening while keeping people trapped in ignorance, emotional confusion, and spiritual vanity.

This book does not offer you a truth to believe in.

It offers you awareness.

I do not ask you to agree with me. Agreement is often just another form of attachment. Disagreement can be another form of resistance. Neither is the point. If what I share helps you see more clearly, use it. If it does not, leave it. Awareness does not need followers. It needs honesty.

Awareness, in its deeper meaning, is the advanced ability to recognize, observe, and direct what happens inside us before it becomes our reaction to life. It is the ability to see how our thoughts, emotions, words, and actions influence the absolute, endless, harmonious energy that we call life, reality, or real reality.

At its core, awareness is not knowledge.
It is deeper than understanding.
It is a real-time energetic skill.

Every thought carries energy. Every emotion carries energy. Every word and every action enter the world and influences our surrounding field. Sometimes this influence is visible. Sometimes it is hidden. But nothing we bring into life disappears without consequence. We change and influence everything we give attention to.

When we live unconsciously, we disturb the natural harmony of reality without even knowing it. This disturbance creates pain within us and around us. It appears as ignorance, desire, attachment, anger, envy, jealousy, hatred, pride, restlessness, possessiveness, greed, fear, uncertainty, and many other forms of inner disorder.

The purpose of developing awareness is to minimize this disturbance. On a higher level, it is to recognize it, control it, and transform it into harmony, in the same way that poison, when understood correctly, can become medicine.

- This is the purpose of my work. This is the essence of Maha Kundalini Tantra. -

I choose to use my existence, my perception, and my awareness to increase yours. To help you see the difference between absolute reality and your interpretation of it. To help you recognize the energy you bring into life. To help you take full responsibility for the consequences of your thoughts, emotions, words, and actions.

Life, at its core, is an endless harmonious movement of energy.

Human unawareness is one of the forces that disturbs this harmony. It is visible in our relationships, our inner suffering, our violence, our confusion, and our destruction of nature and all its living expressions.

Awareness is the skill of minimizing your disturbance of that harmony.
It is not your spiritual superiority.
It is your personal responsibility.
